Hotel Abshar – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Hotel Abshar. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Reservations
  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.
  • A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
  • Cancellation and refund policies apply based on the booking type and time of cancellation.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in time: 12:00 Noon | Check-out time: 11:00 am
  • Late check-out requests may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
4. Guest Responsibilities
  • Guests must maintain decorum and respect hotel property and staff.
  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
  • Illegal activities or behavior causing disturbance may result in immediate eviction.
5. Payment & Charges
  • All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
  • Additional services such as room service, minibar, and laundry will be billed separately.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made 15 days before arrival may be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made 7 days before arrival may be eligible for a 25% refund.
  • Cancellations made 5 days before arrival is not eligible for refund.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.
  • Refund processing may take 7 days depending on payment methods.
7. Privacy Policy
  • Guest information is handled with confidentiality and used only for service improvements.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
8. Safety & Security
  • The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items; use the in-room safe for valuables & lock the room when u are out.
  • CCTV surveillance is in place for guest safety.
9. Liability Disclaimer
  • The hotel is not liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. Amendments

Hotel Abshar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
