Cancellation,Refund & Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy: 

30 days before arrival – full Refund

15 days before arrival – 50% refund

Less than 14 Days / No Show - zero refund

Refund for the advance payment for free cancellation will take 15-20 working days to get the amount credited in guest bank account.

Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation within 14 days will incur 100% retention charges as per our policy.

In case of early departure, retention equivalent to balance room nights will be levied.

in case of no show, 100% retention equivalent to total room nights booked will be charged.

Hotel Policy:

No Smoking: 

The Government of India has introduced a 'No-Smoking' legislation for hotels,

restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel.

Arrival / Departure:

Check-In time is 14:00 Hours and Check-Out time is 12:00 Hours.

Check-Out after 12:00 hours are subject to the following charges: 25% of the room rate between 1200 hours and 16:00 hours,

50% of the room rate between 16:00-18:00 hr’s and 100% of the room rate after 18:00 hours (Subject to availability on the date of departure) 

All arrivals prior to 8 AM are billed from the previous night. The hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of stay, in the event of an early departure.
